Adam Phillips is a solicitor based in p&e Law’s Maroochydore office. Adam joined p&e Law in 2012 following his admission to the legal profession.

Adam’s work includes acting on behalf of landholders to negotiate land access and compensation arrangements with mining and coal seam gas proponents in Queensland. This includes:

Adam is also responsible for advising clients in relation to planning matters including appearing in the Planning and Environment court.

Adam comes to the firm with experience in native title law, having worked in Queensland and Northern Territory on behalf of Indigenous land owners.

Adam is also a Certified Practising Valuer with wide ranging experience including undertaking valuations of commercial properties in Queensland and completing statutory valuations for the Queensland government.
