Trunk Infrastructure Conditions

Over the next few months, P&E Law’s Maroochydore office is hosting a series of “Boardroom Breakfasts”, where we will discuss planning law topics of interest over a light breakfast in our boardroom.

At the first breakfast of the series Cara Spicer will be discussing the law around trunk infrastructure conditions. Cara is an experienced solicitor in our legal team with specialised expertise in providing practical solutions in relation to trunk infrastructure conditions. Cara will give insight into councils’ conditions powers under the legislation, the identification of trunk infrastructure under the planning scheme and talk to the latest developments in relevant case law.

If there is a topic you would like to learn more about, please let us know.
