TIM CAVANAGH – Landholder Compensation Rights

Valcore Advisory is a Toowoomba based real estate and valuation business. Partner Tim Cavanagh has been practicing as a registered valuer for over 15 years, specialising in rural property valuation and gas and mining compensation assessments as well as agribusiness, commercial, industrial and residential work. Tim will outline some of the factors in Landholder Compensation Rights including;

  • a CSG company’s compensation liability under MERCP;
  • matters of special interest e.g. how to best determine disturbance, special value etc; and
  • recent Land Court and other decisions of interest.
LESTAR MANNING – Compensation for Impacts on Land
